Ongoing sparring for leaders who are truly leading change

(3 Months)

6× 60–75-minute 1:1 sessions (approx. 2 per month)

Ongoing sparring on topics such as:

Change context, stakeholders, risks, priorities

Personas and impact on different groups

Adoption strategy and change roadmap

Tough situations: resistance, fatigue, shifting priorities

12× 60–75-minute 1:1 sessions over 6 months (approx. 2 per month)
