The Personal Journey: Learning to Embrace Uncertainty
My journey has never been a straight line. It started with a leap across continents – a new country, a new culture, a new way of working. No framework, no playbook, just curiosity, courage, and a few mentors kind enough to show me the first steps. That experience taught me how it feels when everything familiar disappears overnight – and how much difference it makes when someone gives you clarity and support.
Then came the reverse change: moving back to Europe after years abroad. This was a real test — what should have been a homecoming felt like another foreign assignment. For months, I was tempted to give up and return to what was familiar. Instead, I chose to stay, adapt, and grow. That experience taught me that change is rarely a straight line – and that resilience is built in the messy middle, not at the finish line.
Years later, I chose change again - I stepped away from the corporate track and took a 9-months sabbatical. Travelling, slowing down, and listening inward brought a different kind of transformation: the courage to leave a path that no longer fit, the clarity to define the impact I want to create, and a much deeper understanding of what people feel when work, identity, and future all shift at once.
These chapters didn’t just shape my story. They reshaped how I see people in transition – and why they need more than a desire to get through it.

The Professional Evolution: From Intuition to Expertise
Professionally, I grew up in environments where change isn’t a one-off project – it’s the everyday reality.
My first major chapter was hospitality: fast-paced operations, 24/7 shifts, constantly shifting demand. As an HR Executive, I was right in the middle of organisational and technology changes long before “change management” became a widely used term in my region. These experiences became my unofficial apprenticeship in transformation.
I led restructures, system implementations, and changes in the new ways of working. At first, I had no formal framework – just intuition, observation, and a growing understanding of how people truly experience disruption. Some changes landed well, others didn’t - and the difficult ones became my most valuable lessons in how people actually experience change, far beyond the project plan.
After my sabbatical, I shifted into freelancing and moved from "accidental change agent” to intentional transformation strategist. I invested in certifications, absorbed global practices, and most importantly, connected my lived experiences with proven methodologies. My focus became clear: design change strategies that prioritise adoption, align leaders, and treat people as partners, not recipients.
Since then, I’ve supported large transformation programmes – operating model shifts, reorganisations, and HR and technology rollouts across multiple countries and cultures.
Today, as a Change Strategist and Facilitator I bridge the analytical with the human:
