Who I am
Who I am
I am a change strategist and facilitator, coach, and mentor. Since the beginning of my professional journey, I have been working with people and I bring end-to-end experience in HR, learning & development, and especially in leading change in global transformations. I have led and supported change in companies of different sizes and focus – tourism and hospitality, a communications agency, the pharmaceutical industry.
I live change every single day. Consciously and practically.

I’ve led change across dozens of countries — impacting tens of thousands of people. Because of this, I understand change at the level of individuals as well as whole organisations.
I know how to work with different personalities and people across the organisation.
